Tucked inside Hotel Goodwin, 500 Public Avenue, Velvet Buffalo’s menu features favorites, like the mouth-watering spaghetti and meatballs, lobster gnocchi, tiramisu, and a wide selection of wine and craft cocktails.
Fulfilling a growing demand for a creative-yet-classic Italian dining option in the Stateline, Velvet Buffalo’s executive chef, Jonna, and her sous chefs prepare dishes using high-quality ingredients, house-made pasta, artisan-style bread and sustainably sourced seafood and meats. Desserts are made fresh daily by the in-house pastry chef.
