The kitchen’s new direction honors Italian tradition while embracing creativity. Each ingredient is chosen with care, and every dish finds the balance between rustic comfort and refined craft.


Start with the Cheese & Charcuterie Board, now even more vibrant with truffle gouda, fennel salami, and coppa, paired with local honey, seasonal jam, and crisp crackers. The Crispy Brussels Sprouts have quickly become a guest favorite, featuring smoky bacon, sweet raisins, and balsamic honey vinaigrette. And don’t miss the Fried Provolone—a timeless indulgence, golden on the outside and creamy within, served with vodka tomato sauce and a hint of spice.


Another recent guest said, “We’ve been to Velvet Buffalo before but heard they had a menu change, so we decided to check things out. Velvet Buffalo has had a bit of a touch up! New chairs gave the entire place a new vibe. It was a very nice meal and the staff was outstanding. The kitchen staff has outdone themselves.”

And for something truly memorable, the Prosciutto-Wrapped Pork Chop takes center stage - juicy, grilled to perfection, and served with creamy fontina polenta and a caper-pepper relish that ties it all together.

We were delighted with the high quality of the food, delightful service, and extra touches like a glass of prosecco to begin the meal and frozen grapes as a palette cleanse. The ‘Everything Parm’ and Spaghetti and Meatballs were generous and absolutely delicious. An affogato for dessert was the perfect finish.”

Velvet Buffalo will be extending hours and opening an hour earlier Thursday through Saturday. Rooftop service begins at 3:30.
